Over here I wrote about getting in the flow of housework.
Basically, I've found as I write and finish my daily lists, I get more accomplished.
I don't feel guilty when I sit down to my computer and 'play'. I told myself that writing was my job and I needed to sit down and get it done. But as soon as I sat down, the Mommy in me kicked in and I would see the dust frosting my living room or the stairs accumulating enough food scraps to feed a small animal for a week.
Every night I write a list of tasks I need to accomplish for the day. When I've crossed the next to last item off my list I'm ready to work on the last item: writing. With my mind free of guilt, I can get into the flow, groove and zone of my 'job' which I truly love (even editing).

I'm the same way. I just doesn't seem like I EVER get my list done!
Cleaning, what's that. I think I just saw a dust rhino run under my curtains.
