Onomatopoeia

Onomatopoeia are words that sound like the objects they name or the sounds those objects makes.

My summer garden buzzes with bees
The wind rustles through the leaves
Sprinklers hiss and come alive
The plants drink in moisture to survive
Water droplets drip, drop to the ground

Laughter from children echoes across the span
While picking and eating the berries in hand
Crunch! Goes a cucumber, fresh and warm
Through the garden the children swarm
Where happiness and food abound
