My very first critique group was made up of 4 women and 1 guy, and I learned so much from every single perspective around that table.
Different voices. Different experiences. Different ways of seeing a story.
That’s the magic of a critique group. They don’t just point out commas and plot holes (although, yes, those matter too 😉). They help you see your characters, your story, and your writing in ways you never could alone.
The coolest part? Every single member of Sharks & Pebbles is now a published author. 📚✨
From those early days of sharing rough drafts and big dreams to seeing books out in the world, it has been an incredible journey.
Here’s hoping there are many more books, many more milestones, and many more stories still to come!
